Description
The Diabetes Manual is a 70-page guide to help diabetics not only know more about the disease, but also how to successfully manage it. The book is available in English and in Spanish and covers six of the most important topics of diabetes education. It was a delight to compile the information and layout the Diabetes Manual for Esperanza Health Center, knowing that many patients throughout North Philadelphia and Camden will reap from its benefits.
